18 Therapies

 

As a warm-up, our class often does a set of 18 QiGong exercises developed by a team of Chinese martial arts experts, Chinese Medical doctors, acupuncturists, and physical therapists in Shanghai in the 60's. These are called "The 18 Therapies" and  are designed to relieve or prevent pains in the neck, shoulders, waist and legs. A printable PDF version of this is also available
